Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Exchange and Replacement will be accepted within seven days.
We reserve the right to reject the exchange or return requests.
Customers cannot return:
Product not meeting customer expectations (change of mind not applicable)
Returns after 7 days from purchase.
NOTE:
We strongly advise customers to record an unwrapping or unpacking video of their parcel for documentation purposes in case of any issues.
Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund (minus original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
